Sixty Lofts

Over all very happy with the building and the board there have been a few managers over the years some good some bad and lately a really good one Ive attended every AGM so far seems the building is split between a guesstimate 5 wanting a Taj Mahal and the rest just wanting a clean comfortable place to live Well its clean and comfortable although one of the 5 was complaining about dirt being on the sidewalk like and ounce worth geezz Its a very simple building no concierge no weight room no fancy theater room and that works as the maintenance fees are very low compared to most buildings Good life fitness is a block away and this is Kingwest anything you want is within walking distance
