Great experience and a nice building in downtown

Loved my stay here with my boyfriend The location was just perfect and so were the amenities

I rented in this building and thoroughly loved my stay The building is well done w r t the interiors with excellent amenities Would suggest renting in this building for professionals and families small families

My husband and I have lived here for two years and on the eve of moving out have sincerely had enough of this hole 1st consider the fact that at least once a month the police are at this building possibly for reason 2 2nd confirmed prostitution ring running in out of this building along with other elements that are not confirmed with my eyes but through other witnesses making this a complete suspect building 3rd property management here is a waste of time 4th on two separate occasions items from our locker room have been stolen and the look on property managements face when reported has been complete disinterest and a shrug of the shoulders 5th party room floors 7th 8th are a total write off as party room timing security rules are never followed and have on numerous occasions have heard watched party room attendees run scream and vomit outside my apartment door Do your research before moving into a building area You never know who you are dealing with

Hi I have rented a one bedroom and den in this building and it has been a great experience I must say that the building exudes classy interiors great size condo's in the middle of downtown and certainly good amenities Certainly a great place to stay Renewing my lease now Matt

Hi Me and my husband lived here for two years and then moved out since we wanted a larger accomodation than what downtown offers In order to review the building one can consider the following 1 Security the security is immaculate we or anyone we know in this buildling felt very safe even on the crazy weekends 2 Management The management has kept the building very well So i wont complain 3 Ameneties Gym Patio Jacuzzi Sauna BBQ games room massage chairs lounge conference room theater internet room 4 Closeness to lakeshore sobeys big 4 bank branches CN tower Overall we had a great 2 years here very sad to leave but memories will remain Cathy
