A little run down
Reviewed onI visited this buildig recently and the first thing I noticed is that out of all the complexes in the area this one seems to be run down a bit it stood out as the buildig I would not want to buy in if gven the choice The suite I was in was a great size and revovated so was quite nice but again the building and the common areas were far different this really has the feel of a rental building On the outside the stucco looks stained in many areas which could just be lack of maintnance cleaning painting etc or could be something worse Overall I would not reccomend this complex atleast not without further investigation
