Great Location Layouts and Maintenance are meh
Reviewed onChecked out a few units at the Boot Today The location is great Perfect for rental units The layouts are pretty small The bedrooms are relatively small with sliding doors The units that I viewed did not have true bedrooms i e no window and some with no closet Although the maintenance includes heat water etc it is still pretty high for the square footage of the units
