I purchased my place in 2010 1 year ago and I love it When I was looking to buy I saw nearly every building in the SW extending past Mc Leod tr and I it has been the best investment I have ever made It's new and modern with lots of perks but the 24 hour concierge has to be the best The residents who are mostly owners are wonderful neighbours quiet and always there to open a door I have lived in many apartments and have been appalled at the paper thin walls but I've never had to worry about that at Stella The suites are practically silent unless you open the windows then you'll hear the train and moderate traffic Nearly everything is within walking distance but I do treasure the underground parking There's no scrapping ice or snow off your car in the winter or worrying about the safety of parking on the street The management and condo board takes pride in maintaining the building in pristine order and there's always someone available to discuss any concerns I understand the building had a number of issues in its first couple of years but everything seems well under control now If I had any complaints it would be with the lack of guest parking stalls and the construction on the third tower Luna
