Reviewed onThis building has been hit with a very bad report from a contractor and it is now listed as a leaky condo No bank will give you a loan to buy anything here If you have the cash for a bad investment go ahead and have fun You can buy a condo in this building for less than 200 K That says it all

Reviewed onMy boyfriend lives in this building and he is very worried They have been informed of a new assessment coming up and he fears that the building will be declared a leaky condo In addition recently there have been a number of drug related issues in this building The RCMP seems to be in and out of here a lot I m trying to convice him to sell his condo but it might be too late now

badly maintained building and some strange owners
Reviewed onThe current strata council has been doing a very poor job in this building and many of its residens are very unhappy to the point that some are starting to sell their units There seems to be a group of people that are always complaining about petty things Some floors can be a nightmare to live in due to the mentally unstable people that live there I thank my lucky stars I was able to sell my unit quickly
