Reviewed onThis building is located so close to Brentwood Mall Excellent amenities I also like the outdoor hot tub on the terrace This building has been constructed with care and precision The finishes are exquisitely tasteful and are of superior quality Even the corner granite and marble counter tops are one solid piece The views are phenomenal as it's perched up on a hill I would definitely recommend this building to renters buyers or anyone A solidly constructed building

Reviewed onToday I checked REALTOR CA and I noticed Almost 30 properties for sale at this Location The developement on Brentwood Drive is less than two years old and people are abandening this developement by Ledingham Mc Alister in droves This place sucks If you bought here you will loose money because so much competition to sell You will have to offer huge discounts to off load your property
