Great building with pathways at your door One of the few low rise offering concrete construction Faces the Riverain Park just awesome hidden gem in Ottawa I walked many times to downtown or the market 15 min walk and a nice walk to boot with part of it along the river pathways There are no amenities just your locker on your floor so no parties here Exercise is outside tennis club bike walk basketball in the park etc It is a place to live and enjoy the great view as you watch the scenary change with seasons in the park accross the street activities in the park occasional music but mostly being able to cross the street and be by the river what a location
