It is very convenient if you are a big Downtown Fanz It located only 1 5 block away from Denman Street and 3 blocks away from Robson It's super convenient but as well as a lot of privacy since it's not that close to the busy street It also close to the very affordable priced supermarket No Frill and the 1 25 Dollar Store If you also like fine dine in downtown that's also a super great location to access any of them either on Robson and or Denman It has almost everything you can think of Italian Korean Japanese Fastfood like Mcdonald Burger King Lots of selection Building is also well maintained it was being renovated a couple times due to some accident But because of that the internal condition will just like brand new and all renovated and upgraded So overall I will say it's a super great building and hot location to stay
