I purchased a unit at The Presidential in June of 2008 I live in the Northeast but am there almost every month My unit is a studio on the ocean side It is a quiet building with a responsive friendly staff We have had several assessments in the last 2 years totaling about 4 k which is due to the age of the building But direct beach access in a great neighborhood makes me extremely happy that I am here My only regret is that I did not purchase a larger unit 3 years ago
