Fantastic building residents a little stuffy dull
Reviewed onVery quiet building of mostly adults Strata is very well run Building looks nice inside and out most of the time Must follow strata bylaws to a T otherwise you get written up The sound proofing is actually quite good I rarely hear my neighbors except for the dog in a surrounding unit Great location Only allows dogs under 25 lbs Bigger dogs are too scary and noisy even though I hear my neighboring small dog yap all day and night long Strata vote to change bylaws to allow bigger dogs was 3 in favour and 17 not in favour Unlikely to change any time soon Overall a good location if you are a working responsible adult who isn't too loud
