Reviewed onWell the work done on this building is quite something Until I was invited to the building I had no idea what I was missing Anytime I had seen this building over the last number of years there always seemed to be a tarp on part of it I always assumed it was a leaky building so never gave a second thought to it Well I was right it was a leaky building but they just recently completed and extensive re do my freind paid over 100 K Now you have a great building and the location is great within walking distance to Metrotown and a school right out back The inside of the units may be a different story my freinds was in need of some updating and maintenance but the building itself is a well kept secret and as such may be a great value at the moment
