Owner of Winchelsea
Reviewed onI have been living in this building for over 3 years and am totally impressed It is very quiet and the residents are qll quite friendly Beautiful views of the mountains and no high rises to block the skyline Centrally located with an easy on off to the highway yet very little traffic noise I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a quiet place to live

9 year resident
Reviewed onI have lived in the winchelsea for 9 years and love the location great access to the freeway yet we don't get the noise from the freeway building is kept clean and well maintained as are the grounds residents are quiet and no partiers dog friendly we had issues with security a few years ago but the suspected problem has since moved away and security has been beefed up with security cameras keyless entry and new parking garage gates

Reviewed onWhen I first purchased a unit in the building the place was very well kept but a few years later it all went to hell Some of the reasons which led me to sell it were the grouchy neighbours poor maintenance of the grounds and common areas the various smells which resinated throughout the stairways and hallways were unbearable I even ended up selling my place for less than the original purchase price

Poor Location Theft and Crows
Reviewed onIn 2007 my girlfriend at the time now my wife used to rent a suite in this building My car was broken into twice in the underground visitor parking not gated Also potential buyers should know that during parts of the year HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of crows frequent this area Willington This blackness covers the sky building rooftops and powerlines and these crows are noisy with their squawking Honestly it's a little creepy The place just had a bad vibe to it people didn't seem to friendly either A lot of miserable faces The unit itself was decent The kitchen was a nice size for a one bedroom unit Maintenance of the building seemed ok I can't really comment too much on that Overall I do not recommend this building simply for the property crime and the crows

Location Could be Better
Reviewed onI have been in the building on a few occasions and have been overall impressed with the complex but not with the location You are right next to Canada Way and really there are no services like groceries etc close by I think there is more development going on in the area so this may change On the plus side suites are a good size and grounds are very well kept and lush I have heard rumblings about some work maybe needing to be done there but really not sure Would look into that before buying
