I love my apartment so much It is absolutely beautiful The layout of the apartment is great All the people I have met have been nice The building is cleaned and maintained regularly The downsides are how much I can hear people above my unit The building is not well sound proofed and this is a serious problem for me and I m sure many other people as well Another downside is that there is no on site building manager which can be a pain when you're trying to get ahold of someone regarding the building The hallways need painting and maybe touched up as there are many scuffs along the hallways Another problem is that there are quite a few marijuana smokers in the building I often times find myself having to close my windows so that my whole apartment doesn't reek of marijuana

I love living in this building The units are very nice Great value It's the best looking building on the block by far The landscaping is beautiful
