Reviewed onI have visited this buidling on several occasions and have always been very impressed Buidling has been rainscreened and updated to the point that it seems like a fairly new building Suites are also a very generous size many with great river views Most importantly though Prices are very reasonable I would reccomend this building for sure

Reviewed onI visited a freind in this building and was so impressed with it It seems like a new building to me the common areas are almost like new and the views are great We walked down the boarwalk to the market what a great location I am also told that the building has been rainscreend Thats a bonus
