Reviewed onI owned a unit in this building all end units have gas fireplaces but all condo owners in the building pay for the gas only the end units have the fireplaces so if your not in a end unit you do not have a fireplace how ever you do pay for the gas your neighbours use the plumbing is very old and leaks are comon
