The building was pitched as being in a charming area of the city It is a nice condo What the owner and leasing company don't tell you is that the building is bordered on one side by two seedy nightclubs and on another by a parking lot which for the 12 days we stayed there is frequented by pot smoking loud kids who party most of the night I ll try to overlook that the unit has no air conditioning which was BRUTAL during a summer heat wave with temps in the 90 s but the fact that we were kept up most nights by the noise and my kids would ask me the next morning Did you hear those guys yelling the F Word makes this a choice that is not for families We encountered another family moving out early during their stay for the same reasons The owner at the end then had the nerve to ask for a currency adjustment because I had paid in full as called for in the contract 6 weeks before our stay and the exchange rates went up in the interim Wow What a lovely experience Book somewhere else
