Lakewood Villa at 16 Lakewood Drive corner of Dundas Lakewood. Located close to schools, parks, recreation, transit, and shops. 10 minutes to downtown. The building has been reroofed in 2000 and boiler replaced in 2006.

Reviewed onFirst off I should clarify I didn't actually visit a unit in the building However I was driving by a couple of days ago singing along with a Satriani song and I m thinking I ll never be that good I should hang it up Just then an Eric Johnson song started just as I passed this wonderful magical condo It has a fantastic natural reverb and I would swear a light chorus possibly the proximity of the water and suddenly I was transported to a place where I could sing beautifully Look out Steve Perry Or whatever Perry clone avatar is in the band today I can't speak for the acoustics inside the building but I m guessing that they're at least as good as on the street If there are any singers in the building I d appreciate your input on this subject I hope this helps
