This is a very clean well run building It's in great shape completely remediated with an unbeatable location in Saanich Absolutely everything is a stones throw away restaurants banking groceries church coffee shop hair dresser etc The prices to purchase are a bargain and I would have snapped one up but unfortunately the strata does not permit any owners to be under 55 years old to live there

Cedar Hill Court is well placed very convenient to bus routes grocery stores Fairways Safeway the golf course Cedar Hill recreation centres and great restaurants too numerous to mention The building is for people 55 years old and up and there is a strong sense of community here The building is pet friendly in that residents can have either a small dog or a cat Also it is a well managed building
