Great location near park and trails for our dog We can walk down to no frills and our bank The building has been renovated and is a good place to live

I looked at a condo at this place and it was the worst i have seen Even before i got to the condo i saw a note on the strata managers door stating they don't get paid so no longer do any work Before i got into building i noticed steps were damaged as was a pillar every outlet in the condo i looked at was broken and i am not even sure how you break all of those also smelled of cigarette smoke and urine in the condo i viewed

I lived at Waters Edge for 3 years I was very sad to move but had to The building is extremely well managed Very secure I felt safe all the time Neighbours are great Noise level is normal Very peaceful and relaxing place to live Its nice to hear the birds and the frogs and stuff from the river in the back I would definitly recommend this place
