The place looked pretty good compared to other places I looked at I moved in 11 months ago and things are still good The supers are really good I had two things happen in my place and they came to see me right away to fix my tap was making a sound and then my closet doors went all crooked and they fixed it pretty quick The pool is super nice now but yeah it took a long time to finish it Kinda sucked for a while There's a lot of construction here right now and the noise if tough during the day I work a rotating night shift so it sucks when I have to sleep during the day I m not sure exactly what they're making in the back Maybe stuff was bad here before but I can't say I ve seen what all these other people are seeing My friends moved here two years ago and they're happy The people writing here sound pretty vicious I think if things were as bad as they are saying they would move Who would live in a place that looks like they're saying Place is clean My neighbors are nice There are a lot of dogs here though My gf and i are happy

I was interviewed for a job with Westwood a few weeks ago I was given the Nickel tour by Cary Kerry the super What I did see was the results of a tremendous amount of money that has been spent on that building in the way of boilers hot water heating and water tanks The pool mechanical room also looked very much up to date I was impressed with the laundry room clean and well lighted as were all of the common areas I toured I did not see any evidence of bugs or vermin I looked hard as it might have been a potential place of employment but I know every building does have them I do see that a lot money will be needed to be spent on the balconies and on surely the thinnest ugliest windows I ve ever seen in any 45 year old tower In overall opinion it's not a Class A rental but a very solid Class B and trying The assistant the cleaners and your building carpenter seem hard working and of good character I would work with them The office manager looked like she'd bite my head off if I gave her any grief I didn't get the job I guess Ben was affronted when I suggested that the offered wage was a poverty wage His comeback was basically to denigrate the position into It is was it is Unskilled manual labour not even worth what we pay for it In a pinch I d live there short term 2 3 years and the rents appear competitive to other buildings I ve live in or worked for

long story short I lived here for about 8 weeks I managed to get out of my lease because the lady at the front desk didn't even know where she placed my lease I fought for 3 weeks straight until they eventually gave up because they had ZERO RECORD OF ME IN THE UNIT the secretary or what ever you want to call her at the office who's a big woman and always wearing a stupid blue shirt which I believe she never changes misplaced my lease I managed to leave this cockroach infested place because the woman didn't even have my lease Talk about disorganization She's a racist and speaks in her own language in front of you so you don't understand

Roaches and roaches everything is under construction They will not give you a time and date of when the sauna pool and change rooms will be ready been renting for 2 years and still no amenities

I have been in the building for several months now and have never seen a roach I m lucky I guess Pest control has been to my unit a couple of times for preventative issues which I thought was fantastic I moved here from a great condo complex that was roach infested it's unfortunately an issue that you cannot escape in the gta anymore The suite size is incredible and the staff is always friendly I have had a few people trying to make negative comments in the elevator and really if you don't like where you live just pack up and move Personally we love living here and yes we cannot wait for the new pool facilities to open but like any Reno project it takes time Overall highly recommended

This is one of those things that you will have to live through to learn a lesson I rented this place because this was the only place available and had a good walking score Two days after we moved in cockroaches every night one or two seems to crawl out of sink or wherever It has been a month now but I will have to live through this pain until my lease ends BUT if You have a choice dont go for this building
