I ve owned different apartments in downtown before and I can honestly say this building is the best I ve lived in I live in a 1 bedroom and currently looking to buy up Very clean block Richards is very quiet building is very soundproof amenities are excellent and shows like new A lot of buildings around this area are old or noisy but not the Donovan Residents are very friendly

This is one of the best buildings in Yaletown It is NOT a crowded high rise The population are professional families or retired The Strata maintains the building very well They have a lot of contingency fund available The facility is kept nice and clean The party room looks fabulous and the yoga room is inviting Parking is very secure with a nightly guard There is a carwash area outside The parking exist into the back alley with access to Nelson or Helmncken which makes life easy The building has geothermal technology meaning your heat and AC is almost free from the core of the earth Natural gas comes to patios and oven and things turn to be low cost as a result The location is amazing far enough from Granville and Yaletown restaurant area noise but center enough so it is 5 minutes walk to the sea wall or to the populated areas There is a park 2 minutes away with playground and sky train is 8 minutes walk away
