My friends home here was very large open and bright It was on the Southwest corner and the living room was so bright and had a great great view Very nice finishings and the building looks great Save on Foods right below I love this building

I visited somebody on the west side of the building Their condo was so huge It had a nice open layout with views of downtown Vancouver and the mountains in North Van Kitchen was very nice Save on Food right downstairs Great place in my opinion

I owned a 2 bed and a den in this building It was facing north and it was very cool in the summer As a mother of one boy I enjo cool summer in a big deck watching fireworks This building is very convenient with Save On Foods and Winners on the bottom The cons were it was bit noisy at night with ambulances and firetrucks going by and one elevator was always booked for moving

The building and the suites are very nice Super convenient with Save on Foods and Winners at the bottom of the complex You don't need a car with shopping and transit so close by My condo came with a gas fireplace and nice thick granite in the kitchen No granite in the bathrooms though Nice big deck with views of downtown Vancouver Watched the fireworks in the summer from my deck I recommend this building for young couples and for retired people The negative is the area is getting a little busier Traffic around Lougheed and Willingdon and Halifax and Willingdon gets quite busy during rush hour
