As described by the previous reviewers this is a disgraceful place Cockroaches not in mine but they did preventive spraying 4 times in 3 months talk about all the work to move everything around over and over again being a single lady doing all of this Fixing pipes and turning off hot and cold water for ridiculous amounts of time without offering any indemnity to the tenants for the big disturbances and almost a year later they finally put some drywall in the holes right before my lease ends my cat already had time to go into the wall Rude staff especially the polish lady with short blond hair AND they keep going into my apartment without notifying me Worst place I ve ever lived not to mention them closing down the pool 6 months after they said they were just renovating and also one day just decided to make visitors pay for parking imagine people who just moved in with a 1 year lease who now have to make visitors pay ANYTHING to make money and then raising rent after all this

Beware I was willing to pay a premium over other ones around the location expecting the property to be well maintained by a big brand in property management But guess what Its a nightmare Horrible experience so far Cockroaches are all around and the management shows no signs of repairing the open kitchen and washroom pipe line holes These are habitat for the roaches The pest control is a headache asking you to clear the counter tops to cabinets and vacate the apt for four hours Believe me its a 2 day process if you are actually worried about health Starting with getting ready for pest control to putting everything back after cleaning the chemical spray The amenities are a joke Please don't fall for the same when you come to visit the unit Swimming pool is closed and they discounted 2 from the rent as a compensation rest of the amenities are outdated or not in an acceptable state Just waiting to finish the lease contract and move out Stay away if you want a clean and fun place to live

My apartment is full of cockroach They sprayed 5 Times it is like putting perfum they become more and more They are now in my bedroom sofa washroom I got allergy from those spray The managment don't care they put gel for her which is very helpful but not for us it is expensive My life is a nightmare tonight one roach jumped on my daughter while sleeping on the sofa I hate kaneff and the managment looking for another apartment by the way they told me I am the cleanest person in my building I take care of my apartment Shit on them i dunno if i move will the roach move with me my furniture all new i cant get rid of them I hate the day I moved to kaneff also forget to tell roberies just open the door with keys and goes in they stole lots of my precious stuff managment blamed me u might not locked the door but sofar in one year 10 apartments are rubbed no response from anyone stuff are gone my responsibility shit

Rent time 10 yrs Cheap rent is the only thing going for this building Only had roaches the 1st year But since then none Guess I m one of the lucky ones Pest control comes to inspect every 2 3 months Repairs in all unit are now exceeding 7 months Mgmt doesn't realize roaches are traveling through all these unfixed repairs Very little privacy Doesn't feel like a home with all the intrusions Building mgmt doesn't care The Romanian f t couple is terrible and rude The p t mgmt Indian couple not 100 on background are super nice If you ever have issues make sure to see them No problem with neighbors thankfully All posts about this building say no pets But under the 07 Residential Act they cannot ban them unless they become a nusence They will tell you no pets upon coming to see the unit Make sure to bring your own chain lock There have been a couple break ins during my time here Knock on wood not my unit Smells do travel very well through the units due to the pipe repair holes in the walls Does get super cold in the winters No window or balcony cleaning done ever White balconies get dirty quick Kitchens and floors are super dated Be sure if you change something like the shower head you keep their crapy one and put it back on when you leave They will give you trouble for changing it and tell you that you'll have to pay for a new one when you leave the building

If you like your bedroom temperature 16 C and feel the wind through the old windows during winter and cockroaches all over the building this building is for you Highly advertised beautiful grounds are covered with cigarets if u like sitting on the balcony cigarets will be landing on your head sometimes water dripping Tennis courts are unsafe and should be closed down Uneven surface wet moss growing all season an invitation to lawsuits someone will get injured there eventually Swimming pool area floor wasn't cleaned in several years Fully equipped gym is a joke Maybe someone who never seen a gym would be impressed Management pest control workers enter units with their own keys several times per month Zero privacy Once you give your notice they will bring people to see your unit several times a day on daily basis living there last 2 months was an absolute nightmare M Ost horrible building I ve ever rented I rented many over 25 years in Mississauha and Etobicoke This one was absolute worse I feel bad for everyone who has to live there

Do not rent here Very bad dirty building cockroaches everywhere including units countless chemical sprays every 3 months management pest control other workers enter units with their own keys several times a month Zero privacy people always knock on your door When u finally lucky enough to be moving out give them 2 months notice they will bring people to see the unit several times a day all day till 8 pm horrible Very cold winter time thermostat in your unit doesn't work it's set to max 20 C in one if the bedrooms temp was 16 C when I complained to manager was told nothing can be done because furnace is at its max
