We've been tenants in that building for 4 years first in one bedroom then we rented a two bedroom The only reason we moved out is because we bought a condo The building is super clean and the managers couple is very nice and helpful maintenance request was done within 24 h and all questions politely explained It's also very quite Yes there is rules but I found them very reasonable and logical If we have to go back to rental we would rent there again

Beautiful Building worst management They are rude and not competent They wont help you with anything and will try their best to make you hate the building so you can move out

Any visitors that want to stay for a while with me have to sign onto my lease illegal they make you sign a no pet clause though through law it's void and the super has a cat No bugs here at least in my place Only one elevator works Repair guy is great I call they come And the windows suck it's so cold
