This building has had some updating done and is friendly and a bang on perfect location for nearly anything you need to do Go downtown in 12 min by car be in Metrowon in under 10 There is a caretaker on site 5 days a week making it feel safe warm and well looked after

I just visited this building tonight as I have on other occassions but tonight it hit me they really need to spend some money on the common areas It is a great buidling and has good value prices are still a bit low in the wake of the large special assesment that had to be paid to rainscreen the two lowrises but they are done now Suites are a good size and many have great views but the hallways are dark and dingey you feel like you are in a rental buidling for sure Please update this building the 70 s and 80 s are long gone

Great location in the Brentwood area I saw a 2 bedroom condo facing south The condo itself was fairly plain long balcony No laundry though All new condos around it so definitely an affordable option in this area

Condos facing west have great views of downtown Vancouver You can watch the fireworks in the summertime The corner units are 2 bedrooms and the middle condos facing north and south are 2 bedrooms as well The east and west facing middle condos are 1 bedrooms Shared laundry on every second floor That's too bad because it is in such a nice place
