Spacious and convenient
Reviewed onWe rented 2 bedroom suite in this building Each room was very spacious and it had a great view The building was connected to Columbia skytrain station and had a nice big indoor swimming pool Also it had a garbage shoot which no new building has anymore This feature is very convenient for the people who are lazy to take the garbage to downstairs or people who likes to be always clean and tidy I recommend this building to young couple with no kids or eldery couple since I thought the area was not so good to raise children

Reviewed onI rented in this building It was a large 2 bedroom condo with gorgeous views of the Fraser River The building was fairly well maintained as well as the suite Very convenient that it was connected to Columbia Skytrain Station Area wise it was a little scary at night There was a bar downstairs and Columbia street didn't feel too safe at night But this was 6 years ago when we rented there so maybe the area has changed I don't know
