Reviewed onthe resident owner cleaned it since my 1st look 2 weeks ago 2 court ordered sales same strata same floor mine 409 is nicer yet the asking price 122 000 is less 404 4 130 000 See for yourself some TLC required yep No I have no control over the asking price but no one will buy until both presentation pricing make sense I want to move on it's over a year owner 409
