The Espana is a place one can be proud to live in It's elegant very clean employs excellent staff and is very well maintained The inner courtyard is gorgeous with running water and fountains The landscaping is restful and beautiful I wouldn't recommend for students as the Espana has very strict rules against loud noises partying but does provide a party room for owners at a very minimal charge The theatre room has an 80 TV which can be used free of charge If you are looking for high end accommodation in a beautifully maintained property you can't do better than the Espana
