Rosebury Lane is a wonderful family oriented townhouse complex The people are friendly the children have a hill to play on away from the roads and the units are nicely laid out We have an end unit with a nice backyard and the laundry is upstairs which is very nice It is also within walking distance to Cloverdale Recreation Centre Wired Monk Petro Canada a nail salon a really great cheap pizza place Newton Pizza Starbucks Extra Foods a wonderful Japanese restaurant Village Sushi etc I would recommend this complex to anyone and moving here was the best move we could have made for our family It also has a 2 story Hansen House that can be rented for only 25 for parties meetings etc
