I cannot say enough good things about the applewood complex My husband and I bought in new in 1997 and raised our son there The neighbours were great and it was a small community unto itself For those who don't know the construction of the buildings is very solid no noise issues cannot hear any noise from neighbours next door Polygon is a very reputable developer and it showed in their work Hugh Mc Kinnon are the same property managers as what was in place 1997 They must be doing something right We sold our unit to move into a brand new development on 70th an actual house We greatly enjoyed our time at applewood and look back with fond memories and a bit of regret We recently purchased a new 2 bedroom townhouse and the construction is below par compared to what we had in applewood Unfortunately most new town homes today do not have the same expert construction as applewood does If you have the opportunity to purchase in this complex do it
