Fantastic Building great views wonderful people great caretakers this is an excellent building Mostly Retirees and professionals Live in Caretakers are amazing incredibly nice people and willing to help with anything Hot tub looks like it is going to be removed and converted into something else as their is a leak and they cant find it Recently they did a painting project that did not go well numerous complaints on the workmanship bad estimate so they had to go back for double the money at the next AGM Most likely will not see any major projects done again for a number of years after this debacle The building is in great repair some minor pinhole leaks are appearing in the building in the copper water lines but they are studying those to see if stuff needs to be replaced Strata council is very proactive but there have been some issues with people resigning and some tensions Owners care alot about this building Location is amazing close to everything But lots of new towers going up at Brentwood so this will start to cause more traffic problems than there already are in this area Ideal for transit short nice walk to skytrain Close to two cemeteries which means nice quiet views but does creep people out Limit of 10 rentals out of 150 or so units Definitely recommend this building to anyone looking to buy

I visited someone in this building I heard there are many retired people in the building Nice condo had a big balcony but the kitchen looked kinda dated The rooms are very unique in that there aren't many right angles Not all the rooms are rectangular Right over the graveyard Super close to Brentwood Mall
