I purchased a unit from the developer rented it out for two years lived in it myself for two years and now have a tenant in it The appliances finishings were lower quality All to be expected when purchasing from a mass market developer like Polygon I face the greenbelt away from the trains I barely heard them T he location is ideal close to shopping dining recreation and public transit The building is reasonably well maintained by a resident caretaker and various sub contractors Common areas were painted in 2011 Landscaping is well maintained No leaky condo issues No electrical issues Hot water issue has been successfully resolved initial boiler was inadequate and was replaced Soundproofing is what you would expect in a wood frame building There have been no real security issues only two break ins in the parkade in 5 years The building is subject to rental restrictions no more than 25 of the units can be rented This building is part of the Klahanie neighborhood and provides membership access to the Canoe Club recreation facility
