I had a friend that bought in this complex when it was new At the time we thought wow this is a good deal nice location with a river view etc There were signs all down Marine Drive advertising that you could own for little down low monthly payments etc I almost bought in here myself but after seeing the finished product I am glad I did not Quality of finishings is OK at best and the units and common areas just feel small to me Also I have heard from the friend I know in the building that there may be some maintenance issues Location is not bad although there are not really a lot of services close by
