All in all a great complex There are a couple things to note here fist of all the building has been rainscreened which is great there were a number of buildings in this area that had leaking problems and it is obviously good to get one that has been fixed Second thing is the views many units here have great river views Location is good and bad The river and trails are great but not really within walking distance to amenities which is not so great feels kind of cut off but is really just a few minutes by car

I have a friend who bought a unit in this building over 10 years ago and have visited many times during that period Their particular unit is on the 3rd floor with a view of the river and courtyard Over the years the building has been updated due to rain water issues however the problems seem to be behind them now Close to walking trails etc along the river and close to the new shopping retail area in the South Burnaby Marine area Decent underground visitor parking Overall a good building to live in and visit
