Reviewed onThis is one of the best buildings to live in New Westminster The apartments are huge the street is quiet with almost no traffic except for the residents family oriented friendly neighbors in suite laundry big balconies walk in minutes for shopping centers parks swimming pool schools transit everything you need

Clean Friendly Building
Reviewed onI am a resident of this building and have been for some time I am proud to say that this is a clean safe and friendly building I love how close it is to the skytrain from the front door to skytrain its 6 minutes I timed it All the neighbors look out for eachother and strata is great Its a rare gem and suites rarely go up for sale
