Great place for investors
Reviewed onI owned a unit for the buildings first four years They started to iron out the kinks organizing lockers and installing security cameras The building is a good central location and I just loved my view of mount Baker This is a great building for investors since there aren't too many buildings around with nice units that you can buy and sell as a rental unit Good time at Old yale heights

Reviewed onI rented 2 units in this building I was first on the front side 2nd story of the building in a 1 bdr and it was nice but facing a brick wall and really dark Then I moved to a 2 bdr on the 4th floor facing downtown and it was nice and bright Neither have any storage It's a comfy building to live in The outside upkeep is horrible and looks nothing like the drawn picture of the place But I rented so I didn't care I lived there for 2 years
