I bought a Clairidge Court condo and got out by the skin of my teeth it was the worst place I could have ever invested in The strata minutes do not tell the truth just go to one strata meeting before you buy It will be the best desicion you will ever make if you are considering buying there You won't walk out of the meeting you will run fast and as far away as you can Find out about the insurance rate for the building so many claims have been made it is now through the roof The building can no longer make claims because of the costs now it all lies on the owners hands even if it is the buildings responsibility Also the strata rates have increased by approx 20 several times no where near the normal 2 3 Be so carful especially first time buyers I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live there
