Just an update on the complex they removed the old clock tower that has not been working as well as cut down a bunch of trees in the courtyard all in all a nice clean up and improvement

We lived in Brent Gardens for nearly ten years My two children were still very young so we liked having almost everything in walking distance such as groceries mall skytrain community centre and elementary school We especially enjoyed christmas seasons being stress free from finding a parking space The down side of living in this complex was that the building is old and made of wood We often got complaints from a lady living below us about my children running around in the house Overall it wasn't that bad for first time buyers with two small children

I owned a unit in this building for investment purposes With no rental restrictions and amoung the lowest price in the Brentwood area this is great for investors or first time buyers Building is dated so avereage at best as far as finishing but again great value

I owned this property as an investment condo Rentals are permitted in this complex and for the Brentwood area it is affordable The building was just okay Nothing fancy But you can't beat the location So close to shopping and Skytrain I would recommend this building to first time buyers or investors
