OK
Reviewed onLike most condos nowadays the builders really didnt care about the finishing product There are a lot of things off in the condo from the start handles that arent ed in properly on the kitchen cabinets main closet door that isnt aligned with the frame wood flooring in the kitchen has a couple half cm spaces track for lighting with expensive lightbulbs doesnt work properly for 2 4 lights in the kitchen balcony has puddles causing green mildew but it doesnt back into the building so strata doesnt care most balcony doors do not lock properly etc Additional comments having 1 slow elevator is aggravating the back of the building is known to have a high mosquito po tion so screens are essential the back is usually quiet but this will change when the elementary school comes in 2010 some of the floorplans with the 1 bedroom den the den is really oddly shaped and having a desk bed is awkward most of the units are far enough away from the other buildings that you have privacy so you arent staring directly into someone else's suit heating cost is low due to poor air circulation causing stuffiness in the suits

First in SFU from Polygon
Reviewed onPolygon built these three Harmony buildings They were the first in the SFU neighbourhood Only wood frame condos The rest of the condos are concrete Some wood frame townhouses in the neighbourhood as well Harmony is okay Should be the most affordable option at SFU due to being wood frame and lack of views from most of the homes

Nice little neighbourhood
Reviewed onSaw a unit in this building I think it was one of the first condos built up at SFU It was quiet nice Very quiet and the building was very clean I was impressed with the neighbourhood Unexpected that something like that is up the mountain I guess not super convenient if you have to leave SFU everyday
