We are considering purchasing in this building or in Tower 2 We noticed that there are a number of cracks in the facade of both building We are wondering if these cracks are a structural or a cosmetic issue

I have to agree with the last review I know someone who lives in the building and I was amazed at the size of the unit they have a closet that is larger than most dens downtown Other than that it is a great building it is finished very well as you would expect form a BOSA building Location is the only draw back as there just is not a lot in the area there are some shops at the base however and I am sure there will be more development in the area in the future

Bosa condos Very nice looking building from the exterior A little unique The homes were very large with decent layouts Some shopping downstairs as well as Starbucks Just not the best location for shops and services Have to get on the Skytrain to go to Brentwood

I visted a freind that bought in this building first thing I liked was that I was able to take the skytrain there and get off right at the building can't get much more convenient than that It is a little far from Brentwood Mall but can just hop on the train so it works Building is very nice as it should be being new he gave me a tour amenity room is huge could have a large gatheringthere no probelm suite is very large as well don't see too many places like this anymore His particular suite has a great North and East View Only problem here is that there are very few amenities close to the building you need to drive or take the train to everything ona good not it makes it a quieter area than the bretwood mall area All around a great building
