Reviewed onThis review is in reference to the Westport building at 1150 Quayside Drive in New Westminster BC The management for this building are anti social un neighborly jerks Many people in the surrounding properties have called emailed mailed them FREQUENTLY and repeatedly to complain about the fact that the groundskeeper uses a leaf blower EVERY SINGLE DAY Then they call in landscapers once a week to do it all over again The resulting noise pollution not to mention the fumes and airborne particles this creates is frankly inexcusable They do not care and will not reply to requests to stop We've taken every reasonable course of action and now have to resort to bad reviews on the internet

Bedbug Infestation Ignored By Strata in Wesport Building
Reviewed onSeveral upper floor apartments have active bedbug infestations ignored by Strata council that threaten to spread throughout the entire building if left unchecked The Westport building Sratta council needs to conduct a door to door condo inspection followed up by cost shared exterminations This is undoubtedly a result of rental units It is also a health concern that threatens devaluation of this prime real estate
