I have been in this building for 4 years there is a constant turnover in resident managers because Kaneff head office treats there resident managers like shit as far as the roach problems Kaneff always claims it the tenants fault due to the apartments not being kept clean in some instances I can see that being the case but an entire building i don't think so to get this problem under control the entire building needs to sprayed not certain apartments over a period of time I would definitely not recommend this building Stay away far away

This is the worst building in Mississauga It is full of roaches Kaneff doesn't care about the tenants as they can't treat their management nice they are always changing superintendents They won't spray the whole building and its a terrible way to live especially when you are not paying discounted rented for the extra roommates you have

Visited a unit on the first floor and saw roaches in the kitchen while being showed a unit I also saw the gym which should not considered a gym at all Based on what I have seen and the reviews of others I wouldn't waste anytime viewing these units

They keep changing staff every couple of months After that take a time to get a new people Why

I have moved in here as Kaneff is one of the well known managements out there But they are disappointing me day by day I was welcomed by cockroaches which the management was VERY CONFIDENT TO SAY THE APARTMENT IS BUG FREE The next thing you know after many complaints about roaches is having some exterminators to come in and do nothing but moving my furniture around The management has told me to wait a few weeks for the spray to take effect however I still see cockroaches crawling in the kitchen every night And what does the management do Nothing else but telling me to keep the unit clean which I already do and saying there is NOTHING they can do Tenants in the building I do not know much about cheaper apartments near North Service Road but I can say the tenants here are not that better Seeing ghetto people in the lobby at night is not the greatest thing to see and cranking loud music from some ghetto cars parked in front of the lobby isn't the greatest either And don't get me started on assistant managers not only being rude but also being very ignorant They do not take responsibilities in problems that the tenant brings up but only to ask to contact the head office I ve only seen them being so initiative trying to have more people to move in so they can hope to make more money I ve never met such irresponsible people and strongly recommend to look for other apartments

I visited this building and compare to other buildings in this area I found this one good and nice for living I read the other review but I cannot found something like that I talked to resident Manager some Indian Lady she is so nice and very helpful I found the building clean as well For my side I can give this building 4 out of 5
